When the car
air compressors are under pressure, it will cause safety hazards to the car. Therefore, an on-board air pump that can be used with the car is very convenient, practical and necessary. At present, the on-board air pumps sold on major e-commerce platforms have a wide variety of different prices and relatively different quality.
How do third-party professional inspectors inspect the on-board charge pumps of various e-commerce platforms? What are the standards and methods for vehicle charge pump inspection?
First of all, it is necessary to inspect the appearance and craftsmanship, quantity, product, packaging/marking/labeling, etc. of the on-board charge pump.
Secondly, the most important thing is the data measurement and field test done by the inspector on the spot.
1. Transport drop test (not used for fragile products)
Perform a drop test in accordance with the ISTA 1A standard. After 10 drops, the product and packaging should have no fatal or serious problems.
2. Product size/power cord length/product weight measurement
According to product specifications and approved samples, if the customer does not provide detailed tolerances or tolerance requirements, a tolerance of +/-3% shall be applied.
3. Full function inspection (including functions that must be assembled)
Similar installation, adjustment, switch/knob, setting, display, use function, etc. should all be able to operate well. All functions shall comply with the declaration.
4. Coating adhesion test
Use 3M 600 adhesive tape to test the adhesion of oil spraying, hot stamping, UV coating, and printing, and the content should not fall off 10%.
5. Power-on inspection
The model shall be powered by the rated voltage and work for at least 4 hours under full load or according to the instructions (if less than 4 hours). After the test, the model shall be able to pass the high voltage test. Function, grounding resistance test, etc., the resultant test should be correct.
6. Power consumption check or input power/current check
Power consumption/input power/current should comply with product specifications and safety standards.
7. Power cord tension test
IEC standard: pull 25 times, not more than 1KG, pull 30N, more than 1KG, not more than 4KG, pull 60N, more than 4kG, pull 100N. After pulling, the line displacement does not exceed 2mm. UL standard: pull 35 pounds for 1 minute, no line Displacement.
8. Internal workmanship and inspection of key components
Press CDF or CCL for internal structure and key components.
9. Printing, marking, nameplate adhesion test
Wipe the 15S rating sticker with a cloth dipped in water, and then wipe it with a cloth dipped in gasoline for 15S. There should be no defects.
10. Stability test (applicable to vertical products)
The product is placed on an inclined surface at 10 degrees from the horizontal (15 degrees for heating appliances) according to normal use. The power cord should be placed in the most unfavorable position, and the appliance should not tip over.
11. Low-voltage starting inspection
It can start normally under 90% rated voltage.
12. Lock motor inspection
The product is set in a high-speed gear, working under the rated voltage, and the motor is locked. The product must not pose a hazard to the user and the surrounding environment, and the shell material must not be ignited, burned, or molten metal appears.
